Jim K'S Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    2/3 c. solid vegetable shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after adding each egg.
    Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk and vanilla, ending with dry mixture.
    Fold in coconut.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
