Whitefish Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. whitefish fillets
    1 c. chopped, fresh or frozen, thawed spinach
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk or water to moisten dressing
    butter or margarine, melted
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
    Place half of the fish in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
