Pam'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large white onion, diced finely
    1 1/2 green bell peppers, diced finely
    2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, completely drained and squeezed of juice
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia light cream cheese
    1 large bag chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Soft cream cheese.
    With your hands, mix all of the ingredients (except walnuts).
    Make 2 balls (approximately 3 to 4-inches in diameter each).
    Roll balls in walnuts.
    Chill approximately 2 hours before serving.
    Serve with Town House type crackers.
