Rabbit Oregano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, dressed
    salt and pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut up the rabbit into serving size pieces.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
    Beat the egg in milk.
    Roll the rabbit in flour, then in egg mixture and finally in bread crumbs.
    Brown in hot oil, reduce heat and continue frying until meat is tender.
