Lo-Cal Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lo-cal, smooth cottage cheese
    1 c. pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple
    1 envelope gelatin
    1 egg
    5 pkg. sugar substitute
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    cinnamon
    1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Place the first 7 ingredients into blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
