Tuna Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
    8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 small onion, finely diced
    1 bell pepper, finely diced
    2 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce or to taste
Preparation
    Drain tuna and flake with fork.
    Mix with cream cheese.
    Add onion and bell pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add Tabasco sauce.
    Serve with Wheat Thins or other crackers.
