Chicken With Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and boned
    1 can chicken mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Ritz cracker crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Put chicken pieces into 9 x 13-inch
    dish.
    (I usually melt about 1/2 stick oleo and pour over this to keep it from being so dry, but it isn't necessary.)
    Mix together the soup, sour cream and lemon juice and spoon on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle buttered Ritz crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
