Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole cranberries
2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. or more miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 bananas, diced and coated with lemon juice
1 small carton Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Cream cranberry sauce and cream cheese until smooth.
Fold in the rest of ingredients.
Freeze before serving.
When ready to serve, remove from freezer about 1 hour before ready to use.
