Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix margarine and herb stuffing.
    Reserve approximately 1/2 the mixture.
    Mix rest of mixture and all other ingredients.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Top with reserved herb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
