La Drade'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. fresh crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Mix remaining ingredients, then add flour mixture, mixing well.
Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
