Gado-Gado(Gah-Doe-Gah-Doe, Indonesian Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bean curd, cut in pieces
    1 small cabbage, chopped and parboiled
    1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts
    2 eggs, cooked and sliced
    1/2 lb. spinach, parboiled
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. green beans, cut in half
    1 cucumber, sliced
    1 c. carrots, sliced and cooked
    1 bunch watercress, parboiled
Preparation
    Fry bean curd in oil until brown. Mix together with other ingredients.
    Serve with Gado-Gado Sauce.
