Roasted Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

1 qt. pecans
1 egg white, beaten until stiff
1/2 c. sugar (white)
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift sugar and cinnamon together.
Roll pecans in egg white, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over pecans (make sure they are mixed well).
Butter large pan; spread pecans in pan. Cook in 300\u00b0 oven until brown and appears dry.
Stir often (about every 15 minutes).
Bake about 35 to 40 minutes.
