Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. sugar
    20 Ritz crackers
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites; add cream of tartar, pecans and sugar. Crumble crackers and add to mixture.
    Place in greased pie pan. Cook 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Spread Cool Whip over top.
    Add pecans, chopped, to decorate.
    Chill.
