Chocolate Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. applesauce (use sweetened or unsweetened)
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

Beat well sugar, shortening, eggs and applesauce.
Add flour, soda, salt and cocoa.
Sprinkle on Topping before baking.
