Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Lightly cook and drain broccoli.
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Combine broccoli and onion with butter, eggs, Cheddar cheese and cornbread mix.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden.
    Cut into squares.
    Serves 10 to 12.
