Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 large potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 diced carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced *
    1 c. mayonnaise or to individual taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except eggs.
    Toss lightly.
    Place in serving bowl.
    Garnish with egg slices.
    Chill.
