Stuffed Sewer Pipes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    salt
    pepper
    1 onion
    garlic salt
    2 c. spinach (1 large can or 18 oz. can)
    1 1/2 handfuls bread crumbs or 6 double crackers, crushed
    2 small cans mushrooms, cut up
    1 beaten egg
    2 tsp. butter
    2 qt. Ragu or Prego
Preparation
    Brown ground meat in oil.
    Drain and add salt, pepper, onion and garlic salt.
    Add spinach.
    Drain spinach and cut up spinach. Brown again on low heat.
    Add bread crumbs or crackers.
    Add mushrooms and egg; mix well.
    Let simmer 5 minutes.
    Turn heat off.
