Ham And Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
2 c. diced ham
2 Tbsp. minced onion
4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs, milk, mustard and garlic salt.
Sprinkle flour over cheese and stir.
Butter 9 x 13-inch pan. Put bread slices on bottom.
Add chopped ham, onion and cheese over bread. Pour egg mixture over top.
Let set in refrigerator overnight.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
