Potato-Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 large leek, chopped
    1 qt. water mixed with 4 Pkg. George Washington dark brown seasoning
    4 medium to large potatoes
    1 c. light cream
    minced parsley
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Cook leek in butter until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, except light cream, parsley and green onion.
    Cook until potatoes are very soft.
    Blend.
    Reheat with light cream.
    Serve with minced parsley and chopped green onion.
