Peach And Raisin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf raisin bread
    2 eggs, beaten with 1 c. milk
    1 (14 oz.) can peaches in natural juice, drained (keep juice)
    sugar
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    4x sugar (for dusting)
Preparation
    Mix beaten eggs, milk and peach juice.
    Dip slices of bread into the mixture.
    Arrange slices in an oval pie dish so that they overlap.
    Put peaches between and on top.
    Pour remaining juice over mixture.
    Sprinkle generously with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until set and gently brown. Dust with 4x sugar.
    Serve with cream of yogurt.
