Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. fresh rhubarb, cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
4 Tbsp. flour
favorite crust
Preparation

Beat eggs in mixer.
Mix sugar and flour together, then add to eggs.
When foamy, fold in rhubarb.
Pour into pie crust.
Make lattice top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
