Tomato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 very small tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Scald tomatoes; remove skin and centers.
    Sprinkle inside of tomato with salt and chill in refrigerator.
    Mix cheese, cream, chili sauce, catsup, paprika, salt and pepper together into a thick, smooth cream.
    Fill the tomatoes mixture and return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Top with mayonnaise (a drop). Serve on a small leaf of lettuce.
