Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. grated carrots
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add liquids.
Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour in layer pan.
