Zucchini Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. dry noodles
2 c. sliced zucchini
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Brown ground beef until it loses pink color.
Over beef mixture spread soup, noodles, zucchini and seasonings.
Simmer, covered, until noodles are done.
Stir in sour cream and heat. Serves 4.
