Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell (crescent rolls make a nice shell)
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. diced onion and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat with onions and peppers and drain.
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
    Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
