Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 oz. red food coloring
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cocoa
Preparation

Cream oil
and\tsugar
together.
Add
eggs; beat well. Sift flour, salt,
cocoa
and soda together.
Add red coloring and flavoring
to
sugar
mixture.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.\tPour into 3 greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
