Spinach Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; stir until well blended.
    Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes; top with Cheddar cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
