Mucky Duck Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    7 Tbsp. bottled or fresh lime juice
    3 large egg whites
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Mix the milk with lime juice in a large mixing bowl.
    In another bowl, whip egg whites until you find you can almost turn the bowl over without them falling out.
    Add egg whites to bowl with condensed milk and lime juice.
    Mix slowly with a whisk so as to not deflate the whipped whites.
    Pour into pie shell and freeze. Serve sliced with whipped cream.
    Remove from freezer just prior to serving.
