Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 lb. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add flour, grated cheese and red pepper. Mixture is very stiff and short.
    Chill.
    Roll on waxed paper and cut or squeeze through a cookie press.
    May top with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
