Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    12 1/2 oz. can pimentos
    3/4 c. olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped dill pickles
    3/4 c. tofu, scrambled
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    2 tsp. Chic style seasoning
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. soyannaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with soyannaise.
    Garnish with paprika, chopped parsley, radish roses and/or avocado slices.
