Homemade Pear Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. pears
    15 c. sugar
    1 c. lemon juice
    2 boxes Certo
Preparation
    Peel pears and lay in pan of water.
    Shred pears and add lemon juice.
    Put in thick bottom pot.
    Add sugar; bring to boil.
    Boil for 20 minutes.
    Add whole boxes of Certo; boil for 2 minutes. Seal in warm jars with boiled jar caps.
