Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 pt. milk
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 c. sugar
    1 pt. cream
    3 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Stir
    cornstarch into a little milk. Cook in a double boiler until mixture thickens.
    After cooled, put into freezer and add sugar and cream.
    Fill up freezer with milk until about 3 1/2 inches from top.
    Add vanilla and salt.
    Stir well and freeze.
