Leon'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. berries
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In bowl at low speed, mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in eggs, one at a time.
    Gradually sift flour, baking powder and salt to the mixture, adding milk periodically.
    Add berries; mix gently.
    Fill cups well; sprinkle with sugar on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
