Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. diced fresh pork
    1/3 c. flour
    3 bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sliced onions
    3 c. celery strips
Preparation
    Brown meat in heavy frying pan over moderate heat.
    Sprinkle with flour, stirring until each piece is well coated.
    Slowly stir in broth made from bouillon cubes and water; add soy sauce.
    Add celery, sliced mushrooms and onions.
    Cover and cook slowly about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, to prevent sticking.
    Serve over rice.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
