Peach Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. can peach slices in natural juices OR 8 ripe peaches
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. crisco
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Drain peaches, set aside syrup and chop peaches into fine pieces, then set aside. (If using fresh peaches, peel and chop fine.)
