Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. yellow corn bread mix
1 onion
1 egg
1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 c. buttermilk
1 can creamed corn
1 can chopped green chilies
1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Mix and bake in muffin pan at 350\u00b0 until brown.
