Cheese-Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Progresso plain bread crumbs
    2 cans (8 oz. each) Progresso tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    6 slices American cheese, cut in half
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Mix
    beef,
    onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt,
    pepper
    and 1 can of tomato sauce.
    Pat half of the mixture
    into loaf pan, place cheese down center and cover with remaining
    meat,
    pressing\tedges of meat together.
    Top with the second
    can of tomato sauce and bake 1 hour or until done.\tServes 6 to 8.
