Quick Aspic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water. When slightly cooled, add lemon juice and stewed tomatoes.
    Mix well together. (Using hands is a good way to mix.)
    Put in molds or square pan.
    When set, serve on lettuce leaves.
