Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Save liquid.
    Pour milk over bread crumbs and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add salmon, liquid, minced onion, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until firm.
    Unmold and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
