Garlic Vegetables(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. cauliflower florets (about 2 cups)
    2 garlic cloves sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter, divided
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. broccoli florets (about 4 cups)
    1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, cook cauliflower and garlic in 1 Tbsp. hot butter for 1 minute. Add white wine and salt, bring to boil. Cover and Simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli, cover and cook 3 minutes or until crisp or tender. Stir in carrots and remaining 1 Tbsp. butter. Cook until butter is melted.
