Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
4 hard boiled eggs sliced thick
1/2 C. toasted almonds
2 C. coarsely chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3/4 cup Miracle Whip or Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 can Healthy Request mushroom soup
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 Healthy Request chicken soup
3 tsp. lemon juice
Pepper to taste
1 can pimento pieces
1 C crushed potato chips
1/2 C. shredded, cheddar cheese
Preparation

Seal chicken in foil, place in shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Unwrap chicken, cut up and place back in pan with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until very bubbly. Serves 12.
