Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef stew meat, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Hunt's whole potatoes
1 medium onion, cut in chunks
3 carrots, cut in 1-inch chunks
2 celery stalks, cut in thick chunks
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. beef broth
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. each: Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
Preparation

In Dutch oven, combine meat, potatoes, onion, carrot and celery.
In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Pour sauce over meat and potatoes.
Mix well.
Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender.
Serves 4.
