Egg Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.
    Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring after each until all is used.
    Add vanilla and beat.
    Add vinegar and beat.
    Add cream of tartar and beat.
    Spoon mounds on cookie sheet and round out with a spoon.
    Grease cookie sheet with Crisco and sprinkle cream of tartar over it.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
