Chive And Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped fresh chives
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 tsp. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
    Cut in 1/4 cup of butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Stir in cheese and chives.
    Add milk, gradually, stirring just until moistened.
    Shape into ball.
