Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 flat cans chicken, drained
    1 large can Veg-All, drained
    1 box Success rice
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Cook only 1 bag of rice as directed. Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish including rice. Top with French fried onion rings. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
