Sour Cream Lemon Glaze Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 pt. fresh strawberries
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9-inch layer pans. Combine in large bowl and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes the cake mix, water, sour cream and eggs.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely. Refrigerate for 1 hour (for ease in splitting layers).
