Cheesecake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 15) or can substitute crushed cookies
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Mix crumbs, butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar and
    nuts.
    Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased
    9-inch
    spring-form
    pan.
    Bake\t10
    minutes and cool. Heat oven
    to
    475\u00b0.
    Beat\tcream cheese, sugar, flour, flavoring, salt and
    2
    of
    the
    eggs\tin the mixer bowl until smooth. Continue
    beating, adding remaining eggs until blended.
    Blend in whipping
    cream
    on
    low speed.
    Pour into pan. Bake 15 minutes and reduce oven temperature to 200\u00b0.
    Bake 45 additional minutes until
    golden
    brown.
    Turn
    off
    oven and leave cheesecake in for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool completely.\tLoosen cheesecake from side of pan.
    Remove side. Cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
    For longer storage, wrap and label; freeze up to 3 weeks.
