Light Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large or 3 small)
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. currants
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients; set aside.
    In mixing bowl, beat together egg whites and sugar (this can be done by hand); add mashed banana.
    Add oil and mix well.
    Stir flour mixture into banana mixture.
    Gently fold in currants.
