Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
7 bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. pecans

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
