Cheddar Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes, sliced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine soup, salt and pepper.
    In greased 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and spoon soup mixture over cheese.
    Cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
